The Alcohol, Tobacco And alternative Drug analysis Unit seeks to appoint a toughened, energetic and arranged individual to affix the Marisa project, that may be a study centered on developing a technology-based behavioral intervention to handle maternal alcohol use with contingent monetary incentives, text-based health promotion and referrals on gender-based violence, maternal/infant health, and psychosocial problems as well as the impact of COVID-19 within the context of maternal alcohol use.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & information Collection:
Recruit participants: i.e. screen potential pregnant and post-natal girls for eligibility, enroll/consent these participants into the study and conduct behavioral assessments with participants

Retain participants inside the study for the desired time span
Research Administration:
Research administration - Filing of documents as per the protocol necessities

Quality Assurance/Review
Perform internal control checks on information
Identify errors on forms, check missing info or information for correction and report the discrepancies to the Study organizer

Ensure compliance with study protocols
Keeping track of appointment system and news on munition activities

Core Requirements:
A Grade 12/Matrix
1 – a pair of years’ expertise in information capturing and administration inside the analysis setting
3 years of relevant expertise in conducting munition for alternative analysis comes or alternative public health analysis and relevant expertise in operating in target communities
Minimum 4-6 months analysis expertise with pregnant/breastfeeding girls.
Experience conducting qualitative interviews with analysis participants
Have a legitimate drivers’ license and demonstrate expertise driving a code B vehicle for quite a year
Speak fluent English and Xhosa or Afrikaans
Have glorious social skills
